how much you want the "Lido Latino" back. The attempt is made to present something that you are not. I think the owner's answer to Ms. Mainz's assessment is amazing. I think that Ms. Mainz understood the term "hospitality" better than the owner who apparently worked at Aldi before and is therefore used to his punctual end of work. You know the saying "the customer is king". In no way did you respond positively to Ms. Mainz's feedback. You should be grateful to her that you spot the mistake. Positive feedback is great but negative, gold value. If you are the over-caterer then you certainly know that studies say that over 90% of all dissatisfied guests say that everything was okay and then simply do not come anymore. If you don't take the other 10% seriously and make a fool of yourself, then soon you will have to hand over the keys. Good luck in the corona time

Nice service, the food very unusual but tasty. Unfortunately you have to leave the restaurant at 2:30 p.m. But there must also be a break.

Well !!! At about 1:00 p.m. we wanted to eat something after visiting the zoo and decided to go to this restaurant. Unfortunately we were sent away with the message that it will close at 2:30 p.m. and it is no longer certain whether the kitchen will still accept food orders at 1:00 p.m. Some tables were not occupied, even if glasses were still used. The employees were probably overwhelmed. Now. Who does not want to earn money, especially in times of corona .....?

Those who want it will find the fly in the ointment, but it will be difficult in this restaurant. Great location, very attractively priced, my sweetheart found the food really great and she looks more at green things like salads and whether it has been prepared with love.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here today. The day before I asked for a birthday decoration and that something should be there for my grandson to color in or something similar. Of course I was promised and NOTHING OF THAT was at the table today. The food was sometimes cold and none of us really liked it. The cocktails were a disaster, things that are on the menu were out of stock. There were no paper towels in the toilet. 2 stars for the service, because the two women were very friendly. We only found a parking space in the restricted area, so we paid another 3 euros. We will never enter this restaurant again. It was definitely not a nice experience. Not an optimal price-performance ratio

You can eat really well here. And the terrace on the canal is very nicely located.

Hello, very strange, I didn't give a rating at all. I went to this restaurant once for a meal about 5 years ago. I came across this page by chance and read the reviews. I also come from this industry and find it embarrassing to deal with criticism from the management.

Very good food and very nice service

Been there on the weekend. You should reserve in advance. This location is always well attended, especially on weekends. This must be due to the excellent food and the very, very friendly and careful service. I always like to come here when I am nearby. I can only recommend it again and again.

Very good experience, I make a recommendation. We were on May 19th. for dinner, on the occasion of my birthday there. We had a nice table, delicious food and were served in a friendly manner. I have already uploaded photos.

Overpriced and just really bad food. Soup tasted like it came out of a can, and the duck was terribly overcooked. Oh, and they refused to give us a glass of water.

Good food, nice decor, great terrace with a beautiful view of the Finow Canal and Wilhelm Bridge. Very interesting balcony, was unfortunately not accessible. Training company.

Good food at affordable prices in fantastic surroundings. Service is very good and the selection varied and seasonal, with a few surprises. Steak prepared to the point (English) and very tasty. For me personally, the BBQ sauce took too much of the character of the steak, but it was still absolutely excellent. There is only one star deduction for the schnitzel that is dripping with fat. Particular attention is paid here to the appetizing cuisine and tasteful arrangement of the dishes. Very recommendable!

Kitchen is top, we ate very well. Whoever nags there will probably eat at home from the golden plate, or nothing at all. Value for money is okay.
